A Northern Cook in a Southern Kitchen is a compilation of 150 pages of recipes, stories, and photos from Bonnie Edmonds, owner of the Clayton Cafe. These recipes are Bonnie’s personal recipes that she has accumulated over her adult lifetime and perfected with her own touch, flare, and as she says ‘Love’. Most, if not all, of these recipes are used at the Clayton Cafe on a daily basis.
